J W Galloway receives Queen's Award for Enterprise

On Wednesday 14 September, the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the International Trade category was presented to J W Galloway Limited by the Lord Lieutenant of Stirling and Falkirk, Mrs Marjorie McLachlan.

QMS Chairman, Jim McLaren said the award was very well deserved and acknowledged the outstanding performance of the company’s Bridge of Allan-based Scotbeef and Dornock-based Vivers Scotlamb and the remarkable 40% increase in export sales of Scotch Beef and Scotch Lamb last year.

“The company has invested heavily in its business and the Queen’s Award is a great tribute to the Galloway family, their staff and the farmers who supply them with the top quality livestock which results in the consistent delivery of top quality Scotch Beef and Scotch Lamb to customers in the UK and overseas.”
