Heart of Midlothian Football Club have today (21 August) become the first Scottish Premiership club to become a member of Quality Meat Scotland’s Scotch Beef Club.
To celebrate, Jambos’ winger Sam Nicolson, prepared to tuck into a delicious Scotch Beef PGI roll - a nutritious boost ahead of the team’s game against Partick Thistle tomorrow.
Whether enjoying a game, attending a corporate event or celebrating a special occasion, guests will now have the option of selecting succulent Scotch Beef PGI from the menu at Tynecastle, the Premiership club’s home ground.
Supplied by Linlithgow-based Campbells Prime Meat, a member of the QMS Scotch Butchers Club, guests can be safe in the knowledge that when they choose Scotch Beef they are supporting local production and high standards of assurance and welfare.
The Scotch Beef Club offers membership to aspirational restaurants that are proud and committed to serve Scotch Beef. Applicants vary from Michelin starred to smaller diners that are devoted to local sourcing and serve well-prepared fresh food for every day and for special occasions.
The Club is always a winner with diners and, as the first Scottish Premiership team to join, Hearts lead the way in ensuring that visitors can enjoy consistently good quality food on a regular basis at their home ground.
