Scottish Food Quality Certification (SFQC), Quality Meat Scotland’s farm assurance and food processing assessment provider, will be moving towards a new Acoura identity in early March.
Acoura was formed in 2011 to provide dedicated, customer-centric risk services for those operating across the entire food and drink supply chain.
Alongside SFQC, Acoura is underpinned by two of the UK’s other leading certification and assurance companies, Food Certification International (FCI) and Perry Scott Nash (PSN). Each of the businesses have over twenty years’ history of operating in the sector.
In order to better serve its customers, Acoura and its distinct businesses are rebranding and will now operate under a single shared Acoura identity.
The company is sure that the rebrand will provide a number of key benefits to its existing clients, with improved customer services being at the heart of these changes. Group Chairman Paul Egan explains more:
"Acoura's rebrand will bring a number of benefits. We will be able to offer our customers a more clearly articulated and relevant view of our range of solutions across the whole food and drink supply chain. Our new central website will make it easier for our customers to find the help and information they require and will allow greater access to specialists from across our whole group. Whilst these activities represent an exciting step forward for us, QMS members can be assured that they will be dealing with the same individuals across all levels and can expect the same high level of service, specialism and support."
The rebrand means that Acoura can now place itself firmly as a UK market leader for compliance services in the food & drink sector, with experts on hand to deal with whatever level of support our customers require.
