It’s almost time for @NSAScotsheep 2022! QMS is all looking forward to being part of the event with a stand/workshop and seminar by Chair of QMS, Kate Rowell and Chief Executive, Sarah Millar. Organised by NSA Scotland, it will be held on Wednesday 1 June at Over Finlarg, Tealing, and will feature a tour of the farm by owners Robert and Hazel McNee. There will also be over 200 exhibitor stands, workshops and demonstrations as well as sales of livestock. But more importantly, it is a great opportunity to catch up with colleagues and friends from across Scotland’s sheep farming industry. Is cooking with meat in the Primary classroom something you have tried? Or do you lack a little bit of confidence? The QMS Health & Education team have been working with the Royal Highland Education Trust on their "Year of Beef" initiative, and this video is to inspire Primary School teachers to give cooking with meat a go. Minimal equipment is required, just some preparation and the confidence to give it a go!
