The Sheep Breeders Round Table is a biennial event and an excellent opportunity to meet with the forward thinkers in the global sheep industry.
QMS Livestock Development Manager, Kathy Peebles, said: “We’re looking for an engaged and forward thinking person to go to this event, where they’ll get the opportunity to hear from and meet some of the top people working in the sheep industry both in Britain and abroad.
“The conference covers the whole gamut of sheep breeding from practical farming advice to the use of cutting edge genetic technology all aimed at helping create a more sustainable sheep sector. It should be of tremendous value for whoever goes.”
The winner will be expected to give a presentation of their findings to the Scottish Sheep Strategy Committee.
