Hearts join the Prestigious Scotch Beef Club: A First in Scotland

Graeme Pacitti, the Hospitality and Hotel Director at Heart of Midlothian, has a longstanding relationship with the Scotch Beef Club. He first joined as a young chef in 2004 and has since become a passionate advocate for the finest Scottish meat products.
His dedication to promote top-quality, traceable red meat has been a driving force behind Hearts FC's decision to join the club.
