Quality Meat Scotland (QMS) is proud to be sponsoring The Cutting Stage at Meatopia 2025, as the renowned fire-cooking and food lovers festival with over 400 chefs makes its Scottish debut at SWG3 in Glasgow from 6–8 June.
Scotch Beef, Scotch Lamb, and Specially Selected Pork will take centre stage featuring in live-fire demos, craft butchery, and immersive food experiences. Inspirational chefs and butchers from across Scotland - who are all passionate supporters of the three Scotch brands - will take to The Cutting Stage, with an impressive line-up including Fraser Cameron (The Globe Inn), National Chef of the Year Orry Shand, and Andrew Toogood (Porter and Rye), alongside expert butchers Jordan Hanley (Campbells Prime Meats), Sean Graham (Pearson Hepburn Butchers), and Karl Hearton (Kinnaird Butchers).
Emma Heath, Director of Marketing at Quality Meat Scotland, said: “It’s fantastic to see Meatopia coming to Scotland having been in London for the last 12 years—and really exciting to be part of it. As sponsors of The Cutting Stage, we have a brilliant platform to use some of the top names in the industry to champion the quality, sustainability and versatility of Scotch Beef, Scotch Lamb, and Specially Selected Pork.
“Being at events like this helps us connect directly with people who care about the provenance and quality of the meat that they eat and bring to life what lies behind our blue labels. It’s a brilliant way to share the importance of whole of life whole of supply chain quality assurance, inspire confidence in our brands, and show why Scotland is the natural home of premium red meat.”
Visitors can also stop by the Make It Scotch pop up in The Galvanizers Hall and take part in an interactive quiz for the chance to win prizes including a state-of-the-art BBQ worth £500.
With fire, flavour, and craftsmanship at its heart, Meatopia 2025 promises to be a landmark moment for Scotland’s food scene—and QMS is proud to be part of it.
