Quality Meat Scotland (QMS) is gearing up for a packed programme of activity at this year’s Royal Highland Show, running from Thursday 19 to Sunday 22 June at Ingliston. From showcasing the next generation of butchers and chefs to supporting young farmers and engaging with families, QMS will be front and centre celebrating all things Scotch Beef, Scotch Lamb and Specially Selected Pork.
The QMS stand, located on Avenue O by the main ring, will once again be a hub for networking, learning, inspiring and community connection. Designed to reflect QMS’s latest marketing campaign ‘When You Know, You Know’, it will highlight what’s behind the famous blue labels and the dedication, traceability, and quality behind Scotch Beef, Scotch Lamb and Specially Selected Pork. Please drop by for a cuppa and a chance to catch up with the QMS team during the show.

Retailer Partnerships
At the Aldi stand, visitors can enjoy sampling Scotch Beef and Specially Selected Pork across the weekend. Meanwhile, the Lidl stand will host daily farm-to-fork cooking demos and a red meat knowledge challenge – with a chance to win a Traeger BBQ worth £500.
Food for Thought Cookery Theatre
Proudly sponsored by The Scotch Butchers Club and Native Hebridean Salmon, the Food for Thought Theatre in the Food Hall will bring together some of Scotland’s most exciting emerging talent. From inspiring young chefs to skilled butchers, the four-day programme will include live demos, career talks, and masterclasses featuring Scotch Beef, Scotch Lamb and Specially Selected Pork. Families can stop by the Royal Highland Education Trust (RHET) stand, where QMS will be supporting educational activities and children’s crafts, designed to help younger audiences understand the story behind their food.
Special Guests and Giveaways
Rugby fans should keep an eye out for special appearances from professional players over the weekend as part of QMS’s partnership with Glasgow Warriors and Edinburgh Rugby focusing on the positive role of red meat in health and performance. Visitors can also take home free recipe guides for inspiration in the kitchen and purchase limited edition Highland Show t-shirts for £5.00, with all proceeds going straight to RSABI to support their great work.
